What we collect

• Booking details: pickup and drop-off addresses, times, the item description and notes.
• Contact details for you and the recipient: names, phone numbers, emails, and your company if you give it.
• Proof of delivery: a photo at drop-off, the time, the name of who received it (if given), and the driver phone's location when available. Photos are re-processed so they carry no hidden camera or location data.
• Basic request data such as your IP address, used to prevent abuse.

Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to quote, run and support your delivery: to contact you and the recipient about the run, send receipts and the proof of delivery, handle refunds and disputes, and stop fraud. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

Who it's shared with

• The recipient you name gets the proof of delivery.
• Service providers that run the site: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, an email provider, and a mapping provider for addresses and routes.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with.

Proof-of-delivery links

The proof page and photo are reachable by anyone who has the private link we email, so share it only with people who need it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and proof-of-delivery records for up to 3 years for receipts, disputes and taxes, then delete them.

Your choices

Write to courier@novam.us to see, correct or delete your data. We'll keep only what we're legally required to.
