How customers agree to receive Novam Courier notifications by SMS.

Program

Novam Courier notifications: booking links, pickup and delivery status updates, and receipts for courier runs the customer books. No marketing messages. Message frequency varies (about 2-4 per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

1. On the website booking form

On courier.novam.us, step “Details”, right below the phone number field, there is an optional checkbox. It is unchecked by default, and booking works without it.

When the box is ticked, we store the consent with the booking: yes/no, the time, the IP address and the exact wording shown.

2. On a phone call to (917) 905-8258

Our phone assistant asks before sending any text, and only texts if the caller says yes:

“Can I text you the booking link and updates at this number? Msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.”
